Really good experience

I have ordered this tea for my daughter who is pregnant expecting her third child in June.
I know that be will be Breastfeeding again and so I thought I will order her some special tea.
The Order went well and I soon received a note that it will be delivered by Hermes to my daughter‘s address. I then received a message that is has been delivered and as proof showed a photo of the front of a property where it had been left.....it was not my daughters house!
I informed Blossom and Bear via email and communicated this issue with Siobhan.
I have to say that she has been extremely helpful and efficient. Siobhan organised a new delivery, this time to my address which arrived really fast.
I had a really good experience buying from Blossom and Bear and will certainly purchase other items in the future.
