Ordering was easy and very happy with the gift I sent to my cousin who recently had a baby. Communication after placing the order could have been better. I received an order confirmation, but no email to say the item had been shipped, only an email from the delivery company yodel later on. It would have been great to get an email from Bob & Blossom themselves to say the item had shipped and was on its way etc so I knew when to expect delivery.
The title 'A little tricky' is because my order is still not complete. Part was missing, I sent an email, photos etc. I received what I feel was a genuine apology, mistakes can happen. So far so good..but I'm still waiting, and my replacement I see on the website is now out of stock.
I've sent another email , today . No doubt I will have a reply. As I said , mistakes can happen, but I am disappointed at the lack of customer service.
I must add that this is the first time I've ever written a 'negative ' review. The rest of my order placed on November 4th was lovely! I just want my stacking cups please.
I ordered two rattles and the baby sponges for my grandson. My original order went missing but a replacement was sent as soon as I notified B&B. Very friendly and efficient! The products are beautiful.
